Infrastructure governance
Experiments with redefining the form and functionality of infrastructure, is critical if policy-makers are to assess which infrastructure forms should receive targeted fiscal support. However, translating normative proposition, design rhetoric and even the scientific quantification of resource and ecosystem flows, into infrastructure budgeting and planning systems is something different. I'm interested in the everyday work of everyday infrastructure practices to better understand the leverage points for sustainable innovation.
